Greens are located at Peruvaarom, which is 2 km ahead of North Paravoor, the fastest growing and developing suburban of Cochin. The project is just 700 meters away from NH17 with many Municipal access roads to NH 17. It comes under Paravoor Municipal Area which is expected to be added into Cochin Corporation area in the near future. The proximity to NH 17 makes the Greens accessible to the Centre of Cochin in 15 minutes which will be further reduced once the four line expansion work of NH17 and the Vallarpadam Highway work is over, which are now in fast progress. Price Details
As a launch offer and being a Custom Designed Villa (CDV) project, we offer two kinds of pricing options, as follows:
1. Square Feet Rate
The rate per sqft including land and construction cost is fixed to Rs. 3,500/-
2. Land + Construction Rate
  • Land Cost - Rs. 4,50,000/- Per Cent including the proportionate cost of land used for internal roads, common area and amenities
  • Construction Cost - Rs. 2,250/- per Sqft includes the cost Land development, Villa Construction, Common area development, Road and drainage development, Construction cost of all amenities and common facilities.
The Villas are starting from 39 Lacs onwards
Bank Finance
We arrange Bank Finance up to 80% of the total cost of the villa from all the leading Banks and Financial Institutions, depending upon the income and loan eligibility of the purchaser. Our Projects are approved by all the leading Banks and Financial Institutions.
